Ingredients

  • 1 package of TRATA on Ice anchovy fillets
  • 200 gr of corn flour
  • 200 ml of oil for frying 

For the Salad

  • 200 gr of spinach
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 mandarin oranges
  • 30 ml of olive oil
  • 10 ml of red wine vinegar
  • 10 gr of mustard
  • Dill weed
  • Mint
  • Salt and pepper

Method

Ingredients for 4 Servings

Let the Mediterranean anchovies thaw to room temperature. Dry the fillets with paper towels. Cover with flour, heat the oil, and fry them. Set aside until serving time. Prepare the salad. Wash and drain the spinach. Cut the onion in small slices. Place the mustard and vinegar in a large bowl. Add the olive oil and mix with a fork until a consistent sauce forms. Place the spinach, onion, mandarin oranges cut in slices, and herbs in the same bowl. Mix together, add salt and pepper, and serve with the fish fillets on top.
