Tuna Salad With Lentils, Rice and Curry

Ingredients

  • 1 pack (2 tins) tuna salad with lentils and smoked tuna TRATA
  • 200g basmati rice
  • 270g water
  • 100g corn
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced
  • Fresh herbs

For the dressing

  • 2tbsp yoghurt
  • 2tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1tsp yellow curry

Method

Rinse the rice under cold running water and let it soak in cold water for half an hour. Then drain it, place it in a saucepan, pour in the water (270g) and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and let it simmer for 12′. After about 12 minutes, the liquid should be absorbed. Remove the lid cover with a kitchen towel and let the rice sit, for 10′.
Meanwhile prepare the dressing. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well until smooth and creamy. Mix the contents of the two tins, onions, and herbs, add the dressing, toss and serve.
