Tomato salad with tuna in olive oil

Ingredients

  • 1 pack (2 tins) tuna in olive oil TRATA
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 small-sized cucumber
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small red onion
  • 10 olives
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts

Method

Open the tins, drain out the tuna oil, and pour it into a jar. Add the vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper, put the lid on and shake well until the dressing emulsifies. Wash the cucumber and slice it. Wash the cherry tomatoes, and cut in half. Peel and thinly slice the onion. Add the olives, dressing, salt and pepper and toss. Add the sprouts, tuna and serve.
