Spaghetti with White Wine and Smoked Tuna

  • 1 pack (2 tins) smoked tuna TRATA
  • 1 pack (500g) spaghetti
  • 2 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1tbsp mustard
  • 50g white wine
  • Salt

  • 100g croutons

Method

Open the tin of tuna and save the oil for cooking. Cook the spaghetti according to package directions, in salted boiling water. In a sauté pan pour the tuna oil, add the tuna, spring onions, garlic, mustard and cook over medium heat, without stirring, until the tuna starts to brown slightly. Pour in the wine and let it evaporate.

Using tongs, transfer the cooked pasta to the sauté pan. Toss well, until there is no liquid left. Then transfer the spaghetti to a serving dish placing the croutons on top.
