2 cans of TRATA smoked tuna

2 spring onions, finely chopped

2 cups cabbage, shredded

2 cups carrots, shredded

2 peppers, chopped

1 cup peas, cooked

Fresh herbs

For the noodles

4 packets of instant noodles

For the sauce

2 tbsp peanut butter

2 tbsp water

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp soya sauce

1tsp shriracha


Open the cans of tuna and pour the oil in a mixing bowl. Add the onions, cabbage, carrot, peppers, peas and herbs, and toss.

Cook noodles, according to package directions.

Prepare the sauce. Whisk together peanut butter with water, soya sauce and shriracha, until you have a thin sauce.

Divide the salad among plates, add the sauce and serve.
