Ingredients

  • 2 cans of TRATA smoked tuna piquant
  • 300g cream cheese
  • 2 anchovies
  • 2 tbs lemon juice

For serving

  • Dill
  • Bread
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Celery

Method

Open the tuna cans and save the oil to make the dip. Save a little tuna for garnishing. Place remaining tuna, the oil that you have saved, cream cheese, anchovies and lemon juice in a food processor and process until you have a thick, creamy dip. Spoon the dip into a dish, place the tuna on top and sprinkle with dill. Serve with bread, lettuce leaves and celery.
