1 frozen pack of sardines fillets TRATA on Ice (400 gr)
300 gr sliced bacon
400 gr finely chopped red cabbage
50 gr olive oil
Bring sardines to room temperature. Cut the bacon in pieces of approx. 8 cm. They should be large enough to wrap each sardine once. Pre-heat the oven at 180º C. Wrap the sardines and place them in the baking pan. Grill for 15 minutes until bacon becomes crispy. Prepare the salad. Mix the lemon, olive oil and salt. Add the dill and mix with the red cabbage. Serve the sardines warm with salad and lemon juice.
