SALAD WITH WILD ANCHOVIES AND SPICY SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 1 can of TRATA Wild Anchovies in olive oil
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 90 ml olive oil
  • ½ clove of garlic
  • 10 gr tahini sauce
  • 10 gr honey
  • Salt and pepper

For the Salad

  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 red cabbage
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 50 gr walnuts

Method

Ingredients for 4 Servings

Prepare the sauce. Put 2 wild anchovy fillets, the lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, Tahini sauce, and honey in the blender. Mix until uniform. Add salt and pepper to taste. Prepare the salad. Cut the iceberg lettuce into large pieces. Finely chop the cabbage. Peel the grapefruit and cut it into round slices. Mix with the sauce and walnuts. Serve with the rest of the anchovy fillets on top.
