Roasted zucchini with caper sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pack (2 tins) smoked tuna TRATA
  • 8 zucchini, sliced
  • Salt and pepper

For the caper sauce

  • 2 tbsp yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp capers, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp dill, finely chopped

Method

Open the tins and save the tuna oil. Slice the zucchini, brush with the tuna oil, and season with salt and pepper. Heat a grill pan and grill the zucchini, one side at a time, until soft. Prepare the sauce by mixing the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, capers and dill. Divide the green salad among four plates, add the zucchini, drizzle with the dressing, and serve with the tuna on top.
