2 cans Aegean sea anchovies piquant TRATA
400g small-sized potatoes, cooked and cut in half
2 spring onions (green parts included)
100g gherkins, sliced
2 tbs parsley, chopped
2 tbs dill, chopped
For the sauce
1 tbs mustard
The juice from one lemon
4 tbs mayoannaise
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Prepare the sauce. Place the mustard, lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk.
Prepare the potato salad. Place the potatoes, spring onions, onion, herbs and gherkins in a bowl.
Add the dressing and toss carefully. Divide the potato salad among for plates, lay the piquant anchovies on top and serve.
