Ingredients

  • 4 pouches salmon in water, SalmonPocket TRATA
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 artichokes, thinly sliced
  • 1 pack (500g) spaghetti
  • 1 cup peas, frozen
  • 700g vegetable stock, hot
  • 250g cream cheese
  • Fresh herbs

For serving

  • Zest of one lemon

Method

In a large pot, add the onion, olive oil, salt and pepper, cover with the lid, and cook over medium heat, for about 15 minutes, until the onion is soft and translucent. Add the artichokes, pasta, peas, hot vegetable stock, and stir. Cover with the lid and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until the pasta is soft. When the pasta is ready, remove from heat, add the cream cheese, herbs, lemon zest, mix and serve.
