LINGUINI WITH SMOKED TUNA AND TOMATO SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of TRATA SMOKED TUNA (160 gr)
  • 500 gr linguini
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • 3 large sweet red peppers
  • 10 bunches of fresh parsley
  • 60 gr olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 14 cherry tomatoes

Method

Boil the pasta in plenty of lightly salted water. Prepare the sauce. Grate the tomatoes, peppers, and parsley. When the pasta is ready, leave it in its pan without draining. Add a little cold water to stop the boiling. Place the olive oil and garlic in a large frying pan at medium temperature. Add the grated tomatoes and bring to a boil. Remove the pasta from its pan using a pasta grabber, without draining, and add it to the frying pan with the tomatoes. Add the cherry tomatoes and tuna and mix. Serve with freshly ground pepper.
