LETTUCE SALAD AND SMOKED TUNA WITH LEMON AND OREGANO

Ingredients

  • 2 packs (160 g) SMOKED TUNA WITH LEMON AND OREGANO
  • 30 g lemon juice
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 300 g lettuce, washed and dried
  • 100 g spring onion, finely chopped
  • 100 g dill, finely chopped
  • 30 g olive oil

Method

Open the cans of tuna and save the oil. You will need 100 g oil. Add the oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl stirring until thoroughly incorporated. Using a sharp knife thinly slice the lettuce. Place it in a bowl, add the dressing, spring onion and dill and toss well. Arrange bed of lettuce on a serving platter. Place the tuna on top and garnish with lemon slices and radishes.
