LASAGNE WITH SPINACH, TOMATO SAUCE AND SMOKED TUNA

  • 2 cans of TRATA smoked tuna
  • 1 pack (500g) lasagne
  • 500g grated tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
  • 200g fresh spinach, washed and dried
  • 200g mozzarella, grated
  • Salt and pepper

Method

Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Open the cans of tuna and save the oil for cooking. In a large bowl, place the tomato, garlic, onions, the tuna oil, spinach and mozzarella, season with salt and pepper, and toss. In a deep baking pan arrange two layers of lasagne, spread half of the tomato sauce over the lasagne, half of the spinach, the tuna, add second and final layer of lasagne, the rest of spinach and tomato sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40′ approximately.
