Giant Baked Beans With Smoked Tuna Piquant

Ingredients

  • 1 pack (2 tins) smoked tuna piquant TRATA
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 pepper, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 250g tomato, grated
  • 500g white beans, cooked

Method

Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Open the tin of tuna and save the oil for cooking. In a saucepan place the onion, carrot, and pepper, season with salt and pepper, and cook over medium heat for 10′ or until the vegetables are soft. Add the grated tomato, beans and transfer contents to a baking pan. Bake for about 20′, add the tuna, stir gently until heated through, and serve.
