Fusilli with pea pesto and tuna in water

Ingredients

  • 2 pouches tuna in water, TunaPocket TRATA
  • 50g almonds, roasted
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200g peas, cooked
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 cup fresh herbs (basil, mint)
  • Salt

For serving

  • Rocket leaves

Method

Place the almonds in a food processor and pulse to chop. Transfer the chopped almonds to a plate. Add the garlic, peas, olive oil, lemon juice and fresh herbs to the work bowl. Process until smooth and creamy Add the almonds, salt and mix.

 

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. When ready, drain it, add the pesto, and toss. Add the arugula and serve with the tuna on top
