Eggplant rolls with smoked tuna piquant

Ingredients

  • 1 pack (2 tins) smoked tuna piquant TRATA
  • 4 aubergines, sliced
  • 400g tomato, grated
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 100g mozzarella cheese, grated
  • Fresh basil
  • Dry oregano

For baking

  • 200g mozzarella cheese, grated

Method

Open the tins and save the tuna oil. Brush the eggplant slices with the tuna oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes. In a bowl, combine the tuna, cream cheese, mozzarella, basil and oregano. Divide the filling among the slices and roll them up. Place the rolls on a baking tray, add the grated tomato, sprinkle with the mozzarella and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
