Cucumber salad with solmon, vegetables and beans, SaladPocket

Ingredients

  • 2 pouches solmon with vegetables and beans, SaladPocket TRATA
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 4 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 4 cucumbers
  • 4 radishes, sliced
  • Fresh herbs (mint, dill)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Method

Add the onion and vinegar in a bowl and leave for at least ten minutes or until you have  the salad prepared. Use a large bowl for the salad. Cut the ends off the cucumber, place it on a cutting board and crush it with the handle of a ladle. Do the same with the rest of the cucumbers, and then cut with a knife into pieces. Add the radishes, fresh herbs, onion (doused in vinegar), the SaladPocket with salmon, olive oil, mix and serve.
