  • 1 package of Trata on ice Squid
  • 200 ml of oil for frying
  • 200 gr of strained yogurt
  • 100 gr of mayonnaise
  • 200 gr of boiled beets
  • 5 gr of garlic powder
  • A little spicy paprika
  • Dry mint for serving
  • Salt and pepper

Method

Ingredients for 4 Servings

Pour the oil into a pan or a deep skillet and heat it well. Prepare the yogurt sauce. Blend the beets in the blender, add the yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, and paprika and beat until a cream forms. Correct the flavor according to your taste if necessary. Fry the squid for about 3 minutes, until they take on a pleasant color. Serve with the yogurt sauce and sprinkle with dry mint.
