Colorful salad with smoked tuna and quinoa

Ingredients

  • 1 pack (2 tins) tuna salad with quinoa and smoked tuna Trata
  • 4 tbsp yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp vinegar• Salt and pepper
  • Salt and pepper
  • 200g lentils, cooked
  • 200g corn kernels, cooked
  • 2 cups red cabbage
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 2 spring onions, chopped

Method

In a bowl, combine the yoghurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add the lentils, corn, cabbage, spring onions, carrots, tuna salad, mix and serve.
