Cold tomato soup with smoked spicy tuna

  • 1 pack (2 tins) smoked tuna piquant TRATA
  • 800g ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

For serving

  • Toasted bread
  • Fresh herbs
  • Olive oil

Method

Open the tins and save the tuna oil for the cooking. Put the tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, garlic, vinegar and tuna oil in a food processor and process until combined. Place in the refrigerator for at least two hours or until cool. Divide the soup into four cold plates. Add herbs, olive oil, smoked tuna, and serve with toasted bread on the side.
