Chickpea hummus and tuna salad with chickpeas and basil

Ingredients

  • 2 pouches tuna salad with chickpeas and basil, SaladPocket
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 350g chickpeas, cooked
  • Salt
  • A little cold water

For serving

  • 100g smoked almonds
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Fresh herbs

Method

In a food processor combine the tahini, lemon, garlic and process until smooth and creamy. Add the chickpeas, season with salt and process. Add a little cold water, if needed, to reach your desired consistency. Divide among plates, add almonds, onion, herbs, tuna salad with chickpeas and basil and serve.
