Bulgur with salmon, beans and vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2 pouches SaladPocket Trata with vegetables, beans and salmon
  • 200g fine bulgur
  • Salt
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • the juiceof 1 lemon
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 20 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2 peppers, diced
  • 1 cup fresh herbs

For serving

  • Toasted bread

Method

Cook the bulgur in boiling salted water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and let cool. In a bowl, add the olive oil, lemon, salt and mix. Add the bulgur, spring onions, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, peppers, herbs and SaladPocket Trata salad with vegetables, beans and salmon. Mix well and serve with toasted bread.
