1 can piquant sardines in vegetable oil TRATA
200g cherry tomatoes cut in half
100g feta cheese, crumbled
¼ tsp anise seeds
¼ tsp thyme
Freshly ground pepper
In a clay pot or glass bakeware, mix the cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, anise and thyme. Season with pepper and bake for 20′ at 180oC. When ready, pour in the vegetable oil from the can and toss. Add the sardines and serve.
