Baked pasta with smoked aubergines and salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 pouches smoked salmon SalmonPocket Trata
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 400g smoked aubergine purée
  • 400g cream cheese
  • 200g mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 400g short pasta, cooked

Method

In a 20×30cm baking pan add the olive oil, garlic, aubergine purée, cream cheese, half of the mozzarella, the cooked pasta, salmon, and top with the rest of the mozzarella. Bake for 10 minutes at 220ºC until the top is lightly browned and the cheese melted.
