BAKED ORZO WITH MUSHROOMS AND SMOKED TUNA PIQUANT

2 cans of smoked tuna piquant TRATA

250g medium-sized orzo

1 lt hot vegetable broth

1 large-sized onion, thinly sliced

200g mushrooms, thinly sliced

200g grated tomato

10g smoked paprika

1 bay leaf

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Open the cans of tuna and save the oil for cooking. Put the tuna oil, onion, salt and pepper in a large skillet. Cover the skillet with a lid and cook for 10′ until the onions are transclucent and soft. Add mushrooms and tuna. Cook for 10′. Then add orzo, tomato, the bay leaf, paprika and cook for another 10′. Transfer orzo into a baking pan, pour hot broth and bake for 25′, until the orzo gets soft and has absorbed all liquid. Serve hot or at room temperature placing smoked tuna piquant on top.
