1 package of frozen TRATA on Ice anchovy fillets (400 gr)
2 fennel roots cut into sticks
50 ml ouzo
50 ml olive oil
Preheat the oven to 180º C. Allow the anchovies to reach room temperature. Let the anchovy fillets dry onto a paper towel. Place the fennel, the anchovy fillets, the olive oil, the ouzo, and the lemon juice in a baking dish, add salt, and bake at 180ºC for 15 minutes, until the fennel has become soft and the fish is well done. Serve with freshly squeezed lemon juice and freshly ground pepper.
