Tuna salad sandwich with cranberries and smoked tuna piquant

Ingredients

  • 1 pack (2 tins) smoked tuna piquant TRATA
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup corn kernels, cooked
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup strained yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mustard

For serving

  • 8 slices of bread

Method

Open the tins and drain out the tuna oil. In a bowl, add the tuna, onions, celery, cranberries, corn, mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard and mix. Toast the bread, divide the tuna salad and serve.
