Tortilla wraps with tuna, beans salad and sun-dried tomato sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of TRATA smoked tuna salad with beans
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 8 gherkins, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup

For serving

  • 4 large tortillas
  • Fresh rocket leaves
  • Fresh herbs

Method

Prepare the filling. In a mixing bowl combine the tuna salad, spring onions, gherkins, yogurt and ketchup. Lay out the tortillas and divide the filling among them. Scatter the rocket leaves and sprinkle with herbs. Roll up tightly, cut in half with a knife and serve.
