1 pack (400g) fresh frozen Aegean sardine fillets TRATA ON ICE
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice from 1 lemon
A little oregano
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 cup cabbage, shredded
1 cup carrots, shredded
1 small-sized cucumber, sliced
2 small-sized onions, thinly chopped
1 tomato, chopped

Let the fillets come up to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lay the sardines on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, add lemon juice and oregano and roast for 15′ or until golden brown.
Place all the vegetables in a bowl (cabbage, carrots, cucumber, onions and tomato) and toss.
Lay out the tortillas and spread them with mayonnaise. Scatter a handful of vegetables evenly over the mayonnaise. Lay the sardines, sprinkle with red pepper flakes, roll up tightly and serve.
