  • 1 pouch smoked salmon TRATA SalmonPocket
  • 1 tortilla
  • 1 tbsp sun-dried tomato pesto
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 2 tbsp corn kernels, cooked

For serving

  • 1 cup green salad

Method

Lay the tortilla on a surface and spread the sun-dried tomato pesto. Add the spinach, corn, salmon, and wrap. Serve with green salad on the side.
