Salad with corn and tuna in Trata water

Ingredients

  • 4 pouches tuna in water Trata Tuna Pocket
  • 200g black-eyed peas, cooked
  • 200 g corn kernels, cooked
  • 2 red peppers, roasted and diced
  • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • Fresh herbs
  • Salt and pepper

For the sauce

  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Method

In a large bowl add the olive oil, lemon juice, mustard and mix. Add the beans, corn kernels, bell peppers, green onions, herbs, salt and pepper and mix. Serve with the tuna on top.
