PASTA SALAD WITH TRATA OCTOPUS

Ingredients

  • 1 can of TRATA octopus in olive oil
  • 500 gr of small pasta
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 100 gr of Parmesan cheese
  • 30 ml of olive oil
  • Dill weed or basil
  • 100 gr of pickled cucumbers
  • 100 gr of pickled corn
  • Salt and pepper

Method

Ingredients for 4 Servings

Boil the pasta in plenty of salted water, according to the instructions on the packet. Place the finely chopped garlic, onion, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well. When the pasta is ready, use a ladle to transfer it to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients. The pasta does not need to have been drained. Mix well and add the octopus and the pickled cucumber and corn. Serve with freshly ground pepper.
