PASTA SALAD WITH SARDINES, CORN AND SPICY MAYONNAISE

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of sardines in vegetable oil TRATA
  • 200 gr pasta
  • Fresh vegetables (lettuce, rocket)
  • 200 gr boiled corn
  • 50 gr finely chopped dill
  • 50 gr finely chopped spearmint
  • 2 finely chopped onions
  • 10 sliced radish
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 gr mayonnaise
  • 200 gr strained yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp hot red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp powder fennel seeds

Method

Boil the pasta in salted water according to instructions. Strain and mix with olive oil. Prepare the mayonnaise mixing all materials. Mix the pasta, corn, salad, radish, herbs and onion in a large bowl. Mix with the mayonnaise. Add the sardines and serve.
