Mediterranean salad with tuna, chickpeas and basil SaladPocket

Ingredients

  • 2 pouches tuna salad with chickpeas and basil, SaladPocket TRATA
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups (200g) cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2 cucumbers, sliced
  • 10 black olives, pitted
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper

For serving

  • 2 souvlaki pies, roasted
  • 100g rocket

Method

In a large bowl, add the tuna salad with chickpeas and basil, SaladPocket. In a shaker (or glass jar with a tight lid), add the vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and shake well to mix.

 

Add the cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, parsley, oregano and mix. Divide among the plates, add the arugula, the pies and serve.
