  • 1 pouch smoked salmon, TRATA Salmon Pocket
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 10 pickled cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 20 crackers

Method

On a large flat plate spread cream cheese dollops with a spoon. Add the cucumbers, capers, cherry tomatoes, crackers, and smoked salmon to each section of cream cheese, and serve.
