CHICKPEA AND CORN SALAD WITH SMOKED TUNA

Ingredients

  • 2 packs of TRATA smoked  tuna
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 300 g. chickpeas, cooked
  • 50 g. spring onion
  • Coriander or other herbs, finely chopped
  • 300 g. corn, cooked
  • 200 g. sun-dried tomato paste

Method

Open the tuna and save the oil. Place the oil in a bowl and add the sun-dried tomato paste and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Add the chickpeas, spring oinion, coriander or other herbs, corn and toss. Place the smoked tuna on top and serve.
