Bruschetta with smoked salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch smoked salmon TRATA SalmonPocket
  • 2 eggs
  • 7 slices of bread
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • Cucumber, 7 strips
  • Radish, 7 slices
  • Fresh herbs
  • Pepper

Method

Boil the eggs for 6.5 minutes. Transfer to ice water, peel and cut in half. Toast the bread. Spread the cream cheese on the slices of bread. Divide the cucumber, radish, salmon, herbs, eggs, season with pepper, and serve.
