BRUSCHETTA WITH ANCHOVY FILLETS

Ingredients

  • 1 package of TRATA on ice Aegean anchovy fillets (400 gr)
  • 8 slices of toast bread
  • 30 gr butter
  • 20 cherry tomatoes cut in slices
  • 30 gr olive oil
  • Oregano
  • Rock salt
  • Pepper
  • Finely chopped parsley

Method

Let the TRATA on Ice anchovy fillets come to room temperature and then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in a baking dish and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Spread butter on the slices of toast bread and cook them in the toaster until crispy. Cut the cherry tomatoes, add the olive oil, oregano, and parsley. Sprinkle with salt and mix. Serve the fish fillets on top of the toasted bread with the cherry tomatoes and herbs on top.
