2 cans smoked tuna piquant TRATA
500g tomato, grated
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 small-sized onions, chopped
1 pack (500g) short pasta, cooked for 4 minutes
2 tbs rusk crumbs
Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Open the can of tuna and save the oil for cooking. In a large mixing bowl place the tomato, garlic, onions, little basil, tuna oil, salt and pepper and stir.
In a large baking pan add the cooked short pasta of your choice, the sauce that you prepared, the smoked tuna and toss. Sprinkle with rusk crumbs, add basil and cook for 10 minutes.
