SALAD IN A JAR

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of smoked tuna TRATA
  • 200g oat groats, cooked
  • 4 carrots, cut in sticks
  • 200g red cabbage, shredded
  • 200g rocket leaves

For the sauce

  • 1 tbs mustard
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • Salt and peppers

Method

Open the tuna cans and save the oil to make the sauce. In a mixing bowl add tuna oil, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper and whisk until you have a smooth sauce. Prepeare the salad. To each jar add one tablespoon of sauce. Divide and place in layers the oat groats, carrots, red cabbage and rocket leaves. Top with tuna. Close with the lids and keep in the refrigarator.
