1 can of Trata anchovies in olive oil
400 gr of pasta
30 ml olive oil
4 finely chopped green onions
30 ml white wine
Boil the pasta in very hot salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Place the olive oil and the green onions in a frying pan. Add salt and cook at a low heat until soft. Pour in the white wine. When the pasta is ready, remove it using a pair of tongs, without straining it in a colander, and put it in the frying pan. Let stand briefly in order for most of the liquid to evaporate. Add the dill weed and serve with the anchovies, without mixing intensely.
