1 package of TRATA on ice sardines fillets (400 gr)
Warm grape leaves for stuffing, in the same number as the sardines
150 gr parsley
150 gr dill weed
2 fresh finely chopped green onions
2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 more for cooking
1 clove of garlic
Juice from 1 lemon

Let the sardines reach room temperature. Spread them on paper towels and allow them to dry. In a bowl, mix together the parsley, dill weed, green onions, olive oil, and garlic. Add the sardines and mix slowly but thoroughly. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Bake the sardines in a small baking dish. Open the first grape leaf, take one sardine with a little of the spice mixture and wrap it in the grape leaf. Place in the baking dish and repeat for the rest of the grape leaves and sardines. Each sardine must be wrapped tightly. Sprinkle the sardines with the remaining olive oil and the lemon juice and bake for approximately 12 minutes, until the sardines are well done. Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the sardines. Finish cooking by broiling for a few minutes.
