BAKED POTATO SALAD WITH SMOKED TUNA AND SUN-DRIED TOMATOES

1 double package of smoked tuna TRATA
600 gr of potatoes
Salt

For the sun-dried tomato sauce
200 gr sun-dried tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
100 gr toasted almonds
100 gr grated Graviera cheese

For serving
30 ml olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
Fresh mint and dill weed

Instructions
Peel the potatoes and cut them in large slices. Boil them in plenty of salted water. When the potatoes are ready, remove them from the pan and drain them. Prepare the sun-dried tomato sauce. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender until a firm paste forms. Pour the olive oil into a large skillet and heat to a high temperature. Add the potatoes and brown them. Add the sun-dried tomato sauce and onion and stir. Serve with the mint leaves, dill weed, and tuna on top.
