1 can of Trata anchovies with oregano
2 green onions, finely chopped
100 gr of finely chopped fennel
1 egg
30 ml olive oil
120 gr goat’s milk yogurt
60 ml 2% milk
120 gr self-rising flour
Salt
Pepper

Put the green onions and fennel in a bowl, add salt, and rub together with your hands. Let stand for 10 minutes to allow their liquid to escape. Preheat the oven to 180º C. Spread a baking sheet on the pan that you intend to use. Sprinkle with a little flour. Drain the onions and fennel well and place on a paper towel. In a bowl, mix together the egg, olive oil, yogurt, and milk. Add the onions and fennel, flour, salt, and pepper and mix together. Put the dough in the baking pan. Cook in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the dough is well baked. Cut into portions. Serve the fennel pies with the anchovy fillets.
