Ingredients

  • 2 cans of TRATA Smoked Tuna
  • 200g of couscous
  • 300 ml of vegetable broth
  • 30g of butter
  • 5g of cinnamon
  • 60 ml of olive oil
  • 20 ml of lemon juice
  • 10 ml of apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 50g of finely chopped parsley
  • 50g of finely chopped fresh thyme
  • 8 radishes, thinly sliced

Method

Ingredients for 4 Servings

Boil the broth. Put the couscous, butter, and cinnamon in a bowl. Add the broth, salt, and pepper, mix, and let stand for 10 minutes until the couscous is soft and has absorbed all the broth. Fluff up with a fork. Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a glass jar. Mix with the couscous. Serve with the smoked tuna, radishes, and fresh herbs on top.
