Ingredienst for 4 Servings

2 cans of TRATA Smoked Tuna
4 portions of instant egg noodles
200 gr of quinoa
2 green onions, finely chopped
100g of parsley, finely chopped
1 egg
100g of self-rising flour
1 teaspoonful of curry powder
30 ml of olive oil for the noodles
100 ml of olive oil for frying



Rinse the quinoa in running water and boil in 500 ml of water until it starts to boil over. Do not boil for too long. Drain and let it cool. In a bowl, mix together the quinoa, tuna, green onions, parsley, egg, flour, and curry powder, until a firm paste forms. Additional flour may be needed. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to become firm. Shape the meatballs. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Drain the noodles, add the oil, and let stand until the meatballs are ready. Heat the oil until very hot in a deep frying pan. Add the meatballs and fry them for 3 minutes on each side. Serve the noodles with the hot meatballs.
