Ingredients

  • 1 package of TRATA on ice Aegean sardine fillets (400 gr)
  • 400 gr corn flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil for frying

Method

Let the TRATA on ice sardine fillets come to room temperature. Add salt and cover with flour. Pour plenty of olive oil in a frying pan and heat. Fry the fish until golden brown. When the fish are done, move them onto paper towels and keep cooking the rest. Serve with a few drops of lemon juice and French fries.
