1 can of TRATA SMOKED TUNA

4 eggs

20 ml of olive oil

20 gr of butter

Cherry tomatoes

Rocket leaves

Salt and pepper

 

Instructions:

Mix the eggs well in a bowl. Let them stand so they are foamy. Add salt. Place the olive oil and butter in a frying pan. Cook at medium heat until melted. Add the eggs. Use a large spoon to mix regularly forming an eight- figure, folding the still liquid eggs into the cooked part. Serve with warm bread and with the tuna on top. Accompany with a salad.
