Ingredients for 4 Servings

 

2 cans of TRATA Smoked Tuna
300g of lentils
100g of Katiki cheese
4 red peppers, finely chopped
2 green onions, finely chopped
100g of dill weed, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of mustard
2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper
6 tablespoons of olive oil

 

Instructions

 

Boil the lentils in plenty of water. They should be soft but not mushy. It should take about 30 minutes. Prepare the dressing. In a glass jar, mix the mustard, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper together until a creamy sauce forms. When the lentils are ready, drain them and let them cool. In a bowl, mix together the peppers, the green onions, the dill weed, the lentils, and the dressing. Mix together with the cheese and serve with the tuna on top.
